Now that I am gathering information that might be helpful for our social campaign, one of my major priorities is to brainstorm ideas of how different generations - young people and their grandparents - can communicate with each other in such a way that would make this experience beneficial for both. Here is an article on this topic that I find very convincing and inspiring; it perfectly relates to my above-mentioned objective. ВідповістиВидалитиBy the way, I have one - in my community volunteers run special courses for elderly to master the computer and social media. I was a part of it - it was hard, developing patience, but very exciting to see their successes. We still chat and Skype with some of my 'pupils'.
ВідповістиВидалитиI believe it would be very beneficial for elderly people in my home city to get familiar with different Web-related tools: social platforms, web-sites,...They are great sources of information, and also the way for Ukrainian older generations to join the global community.
